"I.C. Bratianu" Statue
Monument
About
A monument that today protects a square to which the streets of the city converge and from which starts the Danube Cliff with its three levels. Moved from its original place, its original place, it has been hidden for decades in a museum's storehouse, in orderto finally find in 1992 its place and purpose: the prospect of Dobrogea is not at all accidental. I. C. Bratianu, the patriarch of Romanian politics, looks to Dobrogea, a region joined by the Romanian state in 1878.
